La Loupe Fundraising

La Loupe gift sets offer a new and unique way to raise funds for your organization! La Loupe stationery gift sets offer a simple and convenient way to collect and organize high-quality greetings in a beautiful and colorful keepsake box.

Each box consists of 42 5” x 7” cards and 44 color-coordinated envelopes organized by tabs in 9 different greeting themes: blank, thank you, birthday, sympathy, get well, wedding, graduation, friendship/just because and congratulations. The keepsake boxes are 9.5” x 8” x 6.125” and feature a printed insert to catalog cards and provide additional storage for stamps, labels and other supplies.



How it works:
  1. To get started, call us at 269-966-1830 between 8 AM and 5 PM Eastern Standard/Daylight Time.
  2. La Loupe will provide you with the materials you need to run a smooth and profitable fundraising program including announcement letters, posters, order forms and tally sheets.
  3. La Loupe recommends the following timeline for your fundraising program:
    1. Contact La Loupe 4-6 weeks prior to the kick-off of your fundraiser.
    2. La Loupe will send you your materials approximately 3 weeks prior to your kick-off date and also help you pick a delivery date for your orders. (Note: a minimum order and a delivery fee will apply. Shipping available in the US and Canada; however delivery may not be available in all areas.)
    3. La Loupe recommends a 3 or 4 week sale period for your fundraiser which includes a week to collect and tally sales and to place your final order with La Loupe.
    4. Your customers should make checks payable to your organization. Your organization keeps the profit and cuts one check or money order to La Loupe in full at the time of delivery.
    5. La Loupe will deliver your final order on the delivery date chosen at the start of the program so your organization can begin distributing product to your customers. Final distribution should begin only after you have counted and verified your order.
